Dear Students, Parents, Guardians and Caregivers

Community is the theme for this week’s newsletter. We held our inaugural Pineridge Fall Festival, which was open to all our families and neighbors. Pearson, along with Gilchrist Seniors Home, Robert McClure Church and Village Square sponsored a wonderful afternoon of crafts, music, food and fun. We were honored that Mayor Gondek, Stampede Princesses Breanna and Pacey, and The Calgary Flames Foundation came to join us. Pearson’s Students’ Council hosted bracelet making, face painting and henna along with supporting all the community agencies and groups that joined us for this event. This was a grand and glorious day, made even more so by bringing our community together to share in joy and each other’s company.
